The Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Department plays a vital role in ensuring academic excellence and student success across the Coahoma County School District. This department is responsible for developing and implementing rigorous, standards-aligned curricula the foster critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong learning.
Through high-quality instructional support, professional development, and research-based teaching strategies, the department equips educators with the tools necessary to engage students effectively and improve learning outcomes. Additionally, the department oversees assessment practices to monitor student progress, guide data-driven decision-making, and ensure accountability in achieving academic goals.
